Refund Policy / Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, a 3% charge will be deducted from the total amount paid during the refund process.

SJSILK BOUTIQUE reserves the right to cancel and refund orders without customer approval in cases of incorrect information, courier delays, manufacturing delays, or other issues beyond our control.

If the ordered product is out of stock, a refund will be processed within 7 days via UPI ID or through a bank account.

Return Policy

Returns will not be accepted for slight differences in color or material feel.

In the event of receiving the wrong or damaged saree, please email us at SJSILKBOUTIQUE.COM@gmail.com or K.SATYAJIT450@GMAIL.COM with a parcel opening video without any cuts or edits.

Exchange can be made for other products or a refund. We will cover the shipping cost for damaged/wrong product replacements.
